I swear, I’ve heard it before that all the best art is stolen art.
I have a vague memory of watching this movie as a kid, it is insane how much MJ took from this. Not just the style and the costumes, but very specific gestures and movements (leg kicks!). Smooth Criminal was so bad ass, I’m inspired.
